We ship from our home in Holt, Norfolk, to kindred spirits around the world.
All orders are carefully packed with thought and intention, using minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.
United Kingdom
Standard Delivery – Free
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery – £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
International — UAE, Australia, Canada
Standard International – £23.99
Estimated delivery: 3–17 business days
Rest of the World
Standard International – £14.99
Estimated delivery: 2–11 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and (where applicable) with tags still attached.

Return postage is at the buyer’s cost – we do not cover the cost of sending items back to us.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the details and returns address.
UK & EU online orders – cooling-off period
If you buy from us online as a UK or EU consumer, you have a legal cooling-off period:

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us you’d like to cancel.

Once you’ve told us, you then have 14 days to send the items back.
When you cancel within this period and return the goods:

We will refund the price of the item(s) once we receive them back in acceptable condition.

We will refund our basic delivery cost where required by law. If you chose an Express or other upgraded service, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery.

Return postage remains the buyer’s responsibility.
International orders (outside UK & EU)
For customers outside the UK and EU:

We accept returns within our standard returns period, provided items are in original, unworn condition.

Return postage and any customs or import charges on returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless an item is faulty or we are required to refund them under local laws.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if you can, photos of the issue. We will work with you to offer an appropriate solution in line with your statutory rights, which may include a repair, replacement or refund (including delivery costs where required).
